Ongoing work to update customer premise routers continues. Rolling updates will be seen for some services. Expected outage will be brief and occur after 10 or 11 pm for most customers.
We also performed some minor adjustments of our fiber core routing overnight.

Updates to core services have been completed as of last night. Rolling updates for customer premise equipment are proceeding. If you wish to be added to the prioritized list to be done right away, please contact our support team.

Due to a recently announced 0-Day vulnerability from one of our router manufacturers, we are scheduling an urgent restart of some of our routers.
We don’t expect any customers to be impacted by this due to existing firewall and security rules already in place, but we are taking an abundance of caution with this issue.
In addition, over the next week or two we will be doing overnight preventative upgrades for all of the applicable devices. A brief outage may affect your service outside business hours.
